VistentryVistentryThese Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vistentry, a visitor management and physical access control platform provided by Bluevertex ("Bluevertex", "we", "us"). By creating a tenant account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
Vistentry provides visitor pre-registration, host approval workflows, security screening, badge issuance, physical access control, and related reporting, delivered as a multi-tenant, subscription-based service. Each customer's data is logically isolated from every other customer's data.
Your organization's administrators are responsible for the accounts and permissions they grant within your tenant, including which staff members can view visitor identity data, manage security operations, or administer billing. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials confidential.
You own the data you submit to Vistentry. You may export your tenant's data at any time through the platform, and a full export is provided as part of any offboarding process ahead of account closure.
Bluevertex staff do not access your tenant's visitor data as a matter of course. Access for support purposes requires an explicit, approved, time-boxed grant, logged in full, and is never used to read visitor identity data outside the scope of the specific issue being resolved.
Plans, features, and usage limits are described on our pricing page, which reflects your actual plan configuration. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in a signed order form.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluevertex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
