The Request a Demo form collects your name, work email, company name, and any phone number or message you choose to provide. This is used only to respond to your request and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
When an organization uses Vistentry, it acts as the data controller for the visitor, staff, and access data it enters, and Bluevertex acts as a data processor on that organization's behalf. Each tenant's data is logically isolated from every other tenant's data.
Categories of data a tenant may process through the platform include:
Bluevertex staff do not access a tenant's visitor or staff data as a matter of routine operation. Support access requires an explicit, approved, time-boxed grant tied to a specific reason, and every such grant is logged.
A tenant's data is retained for as long as the subscription is active. Upon account closure, data is retained only for a disclosed retention period to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted.
If you are a visitor or staff member whose data has been entered into Vistentry by an organization you interacted with, requests to access, correct, or delete that data should be directed to that organization, as the data controller.
